November certainly seems to have whizzed by, but then time tends to move fast for me when I have multiple freelancing assignments. On the brighter side, I managed to get outside now and again. While I've fallen behind in web page writing, I thought to present November as a month experienced.
The beginning of November had many trees in bright colors. |

| On the ground, leaves were a good platform for dewdrops. |

The full moon (occurring in mid-November this year) is known as the hunter's moon.

| By the end of November, it turned quite cold with a persistent inch of snow on the ground, perhaps catching this chipmunk unawares (because, by the end of the month, he should be in his semi-hibernation). |

| After the snow came freezing rain. The snow melted away leaving interesting shapes, such as what I call an ice dragon. |
|
|
Apart from local area walks, I also spent some quality time at Jo Hays Vista for the hawk migration.
