A good part of the spirit in Zion National Park, in general, or the Overlook trail, in particular, is in the incredible textures along the way. The combination of water and wind which carved the canyon also etched deeply into the rockface, highlighting the various layers and creating new shapes.     Above is a dizzying staircase climbing ever higher, and below one can only wonder where the true vertical is.     Previous page   |   Next page
